CI takes part in CPA Call Center Excellence Tour

Many kudos to CPA founder Elizabeth Winter for running a great, not-to-be missed event year after year:

Please join your Call Centre peers for the 7th annual Call Centre Excellence Site Tour on Thursday, November 6th.

This exclusive event gives 50 Call Centre professionals the opportunity to spend a full day together ‘on the bus’ networking with peers, sharing ideas, and visiting three outstanding Call Centres.  At each Centre we see a presentation from the Management, and tour the Call Centre.

This year’s tour takes place completely in the Toronto downtown core. Less time between locations means more time at each location.  You are invited to meet:

•    CI Investments  learn how they recruit Gen Y staff, and hear about their hosted environment

•    Loyalty One/ AIR MILES® Reward Program    hear about at-home agents and the bonus structure they have for reps and support staff

•    City of Toronto 3-1-1 Call Centre   hear the challenges involved with combining many small Centres into one, and how they plan to have a live answer for each call.
