As required by the USAF - Telax Hosted Call Center is beginning the Joint Interoperability Test Command certification process. Upon successful completion of testing Telax Hosted Call Center will be placed on the DoD’s Unified Capabilities Approved Product List and will be certified for use within the Defense Switched Network.
