Telax Hosted Call Center Successfully Completes Metaswitch Interoperability Testing

TORONTO, February 3, 2010 – Toronto-based software firm Telax Hosted Call Center today announced that it had successfully completed the Metaswitch Interoperability Test Suite with version 10.3.0.0 of its ACD SIP protocol. The hosted communications solution provider plans to announce official Metaswitch Partner certification in the coming weeks.

“This has been a priority for us. The team has working hard at getting this testing completed,” explained Telax VP Operations Taras Kapanaiko. “We already collaborate with a number of companies who rely on Metaswitch hardware, like Globalive and Fibernetics. And I’ve personally worked a great deal with Metaswitch solutions over the years.
