I just received word that there are still some people who still aren’t convinced that a hosted solution is the way to go. Gasp!

With a hosted solution, that money can be spent on better things, like experienced staff and training to keep your agents up to speed on all the newest developments in your industry, or a giant neon sign about the receptionist’s desk. The more time and money your staff can spend on your core business, the more your company will profit.
2) Less stress. The more points of failure in your organization, the greater the stress. Even if you manage to avoid outages, the work ensuring that can be difficult for smaller or less experienced companies. The more your company delegates tasks to companies like us, the more you can relax and worry about more important things, like putting practice.
3) Flexibility. Our base infrastructure is designed to provide a telephony solution for companies of all different sizes and shapes. Adding a new feature doesn’t require new hardware of software, integration with your existing infrastructure, or long hours of implementation. 4) We’re friendly! With an in-house solution, if you experience a problem during off-hours, you need to call your IT specialist who might be on a date or drafting a fantasy football team. Nobody likes to be interrupted during such important times, and nobody likes a grumpy technician. With a hosted solution, not only will there be far fewer problems in the first place, but when you call for any reason, we promise we won’t be in the middle of anything more important, because there is nothing more important to us than our customers.
5) Security. There are still a few people who believe the cloud isn’t secure, but the opposite is true. There is no one on our network whose curiosity is peaked by an email with subject lines like, “click here to get rich”, or “best Russian wives ever”. We continually upgrade firewalls to the latest technology which doesn’t hurt either.
