Our organization believes happiness is success, including the happiness of our clients, our client’s customers, our partners, and TeamTelax. This helps us both achieve our goals and fulfillment.

What is happiness to us?

For us, happiness is not a superficial notion of cheerfulness, but instead a deeply rooted sense of well-being. This radiates from a soulful connection with why we do what we do and being empowered to choose how we do it and who we do it with.

What inspires us?

We believe that those fortunate enough to already pay their bills every month are most fulfilled, not by more material possessions, but by working toward a meaningful personal and collective purpose. When we are deeply engaged in our work, we get more joy from taking on new challenges than a bonus check. This is most satisfying when we have the freedom to do our best and keep getting better, while working with people we respect and enjoy.

What unites us?

We’re connected by the belief that businesses make profit to exist, in order to build better services that positively impact all stakeholders and not the other way around. We believe communication and insight is the key for an organization to fulfill its mission - that contact centers hold that key. And we are the lock.

Honesty, reliability, and compassion are key components that help us to build trust. We work hard internally and externally to maintain trust within all of our relationships by being open, consistent, and dependable because we understand the importance of integrity. We think of our internal and external relationships as one large team, working together to strengthen every member. By demonstrating trust and commitment to eachother, time and time again, we have formed a family. It makes the things we do all the more fulfilling. And you’re welcome to join. Our approach is to work backwards from the customer and always consider how each element impacts the next. For anyone to be happy, everyone must be happy or it’s not sustainable because we are all linked. It’s common sense and we love making it more common. This is our greatest accomplishment!
